We think buying your JSY shirt should be the best and easiest process, so you too can wear the message!  But in case you aren't sure, here are some potentially Frequently Asked Questions!

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

During the checkout process, you can pay several ways, including:  American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal or Shopify Payments.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only.  Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, however, during periods of high demand please allow up to 5-10 business days for your package to be processed and shipped.  If your order is urgent and needs to be shipped within 24-48 hours, please select USPS Priority Mail Express when you checkout and notify us via email (Subject: Urgent Order) immediately and we will do our best to get your package processed and shipped within that time frame.  At this time, we do not ship internationally.  Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate shipping/payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.  Items that are out of stock may take slightly longer and you will be notified if a delay is expected.  

All items are shipped using the United States Postal Service Priority Mail.  Priority Mail Express shipments include up to $100 of insurance and Priority Mail shipments include up to $50 of insurance.  We are not responsible for items that are lost/stolen or packages damaged during shipping.  Matters such as these must be taken up with the postal service.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping notification via the email address you used when placing your order.  In order to provide you with quicker service, your order may be shipped in multiple shipments at no additional cost.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

It is important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not, we will gladly refund you for the item.  Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.  All items should be returned in the condition they were received in and clothing items should be unwashed and unworn.  To receive a return, please send the following information to jesussavesyinz@gmail.com: 

  • A brief description explaining the reason for the return.
  • The order number or the name and address used when purchasing the item.

The customer is responsible for the shipping charges when sending back an item for return.  We recommend using the United States Postal Service.  Their rates are very affordable and they also offer tracking and shipping confirmations.  Once we receive your item, we will process your refund.  Full refunds will be credited back to the credit card, PayPal or Shopify Payment account that was used when you placed your order.  It could take 2 to 10 business days for your refund to be applied to your credit card account, depending on your credit card company.

 

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM I PURCHASED?

 It is important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not, we will gladly exchange your item for another.  Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.  All items should be returned in the condition they were received in and clothing items should be unwashed and unworn.  To receive an exchange, please send the following information to jesussavesyinz@gmail.com:

  • A brief description explaining the reason for the exchange.
  • The order number or the name and address used when purchasing the item.
  • What item you would like in exchange.  If this is a clothing item, please include the size you would like to receive.
  • The address you would like your new item shipped to.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you received the wrong item, an incorrect size or your item is defective, send us an email at jesussavesyinz@gmail.com.  Please include your order number and specifics on the mistake we made, and we’ll do everything we can to get you the correct item.  Of course, since it was our mistake, there are no additional charges!

 

IS MY JSY SHIRT MEN'S OR WOMEN'S SIZING?

All Jesus Saves Yinz t-shirts, baseball tees, youth tees, toddler tees, onesies, hoodies and wristbands are unisex sizings.

The Jesus Saves Yinz tank is a women’s size.  The Jesus Saves Yinz long tee is a men’s size, although women wear this long tee too.
